Delivery Coverage
Inreno currently delivers to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia only. We do not currently deliver to East Malaysia or international destinations.
Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping is available for orders of RM250 and above.
For orders below RM250, the applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders generally require 14–30 working days for processing and delivery. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, delivery location and circumstances affecting the courier or delivery service.
Order Confirmation
Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Customers will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are complete and accurate. If you need to change your delivery details, contact Inreno as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.
Inreno will not be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required due to the recipient being unavailable.
Delayed Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, stock availability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Inreno promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos of the item
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
